For setting up and gathering interest for an event but you haven't decided a time or date yet. When a time is decided perhaps a ping could be sent out to inform people.

I would love to be able to post an event without being required to post a time. This would allow me to see interest in the event and then once I have interest I could use the bots poll feature to see when the best time would be and then update my post with a scheduled time. Currently I cannot even create a post to check for interest through the bot because I'm required to have a time and therefore it makes the whole bot useless to me.

When I put TBA it just random time but I don’t the time the event will start.
