Add additional "Clean Event Messages" Option in server settings

Currently "Clean Event Messages" deletes both the event start message AND the original event embed.
I would like an option to only delete the event start messages.

Should probably update this request to instead delete all notifications aside from the event creation message. Or allow for granular options of cleaning different types of messages.

/list needs to be fixed.... it would be better if there is no "server time" and only just a discord timestamp would be effective

and an option to delete events after a certain time, not just when they are over. 24 hours would be nice
