Allow deleting a single occurence in a series of repeating events

When you delete an event instance in a series of repeating events, sesh should ask you if you want to:
A. Delete just that instance (perhaps do this by default)
B. Delete all future occurrences too
C. Delete all past and future occurrences too

I'd like the ability to edit individual recurring events as well.

This would be great for last-minute rescheduling. I was running a 3-part RPG and we had to shift the first session a couple days, but the remaining sessions are staying the same.
