Keep Users Enrolled on Recurring Event

Currently, recurring events reset the attendance list entirely each time. Would it be possible to have a feature that allows a person to remain selected by default when the new event is set up, until they change off that setting?

sesh currently bases everything off of persistent Discord reactions, Adding this feature would be a complex change of how sesh works with some drawbacks included. Will leave as under review for now, and will be reconsidered in the future.

Simple version would have this toggled on the event level to rollover participant status or not. The slightly more complex version would let you have some roles that rollover, and some that do not.
This would be a *huge* QOL improvement.
