Allow polls to auto-detect and translate timezones (so ppl can vote on a time/date and see their native TZ)

This is not possible as a static text however you can use the new discord timestamp markdown to add a time in the poll that people will see in their native time:

The number is a unix timestamp that you can convert on a site like this:
