I struggle to quickly parse event start time and date. I think making the event time a bigger font would help tremendous. Or put the time at the top in addition to in the middle of the event layout.
Shoot. You're right. Especially for discord native events. Unfortunately I think you're 96% correct for embedded posts in channel/forum. I wasn't able to find a way to make embeds pay attention to "heading" / "#" styled markdown. (Presumably the devs are more clever with embedded markdown than I am, and this could be easy?) I guess at this point we come to super kludgy ideas like: • Render a PNG file that has the date and embed the png in the post (yuck) • Have the sesh bot write a completely seperate post with the date in heading markdown to the channel before and/or after the event markdown embed (gross) • Make the font style and color REALLY pop and put more space around the event date field. Maybe repeat at top AND bottom of event? (Not so bad?) Here's a handy embed visualizer I found which may make someone's life easier researching this in the future if you're playing with this idea. https://leovoel.github.io/embed-visualizer/
This would be an enormous help to me, too, especially when trying to quickly refer to an event time/date on my phone. tiiiny font... (reading the walls of text event creators sometimes put for event descriptions in the tiny embed font is also a pain, but that's a Discord UI thing and not a sesh thing, I think?)
