Server-Wide confirmation message defaults
Make it so that we can set a server-wide default for direct and ephemeral confirmation messages. It would be a great convenience to be able to have the choice of making it opt-in or opt-out.

This is a gigantic oversight and is effectively required to continue use of this bot! Having it default to DMing users without the ability to disable that is super spammy!
