So that my less technically savvy users dont have to turn off reminder DMs
Agreed this is needed. In addition, https://sesh.fyi/ should show that this is a feature so users can decide if it's fitting for their server before use, as it feels misleading to spend time to set up an event only to accidentally DM lots of folks unknowingly. It makes the experience feel less professional.
Agreed. I prefer to keep my server's DMs to high-importance only (account issues, etc.).
