Cross Servers events sign up

I have my own server and we are in an alliance organisation with multiple servers, so,
I wanted to post events where the other alliance orgs are following up and be able to click and sign up on the followed channels on their own servers without the need to sign up into mine.
Is this possible>?
If not, is very much needed
