We run an Arma 3 Milsim Group, and this feature would be so amazingly helpful as right now everyone can slot for everything. Whilst we only want, for instance, Pilots who passed their flight test to be able to slot for pilot roles. From what I can tell this is not implemented, unlike what the other comment-er is saying unless it is hidden behind an even higher paywall than what we are already paying
