Add option to export !create string from dashboard

Add an option to export a string for use in discord. Basically from the events list, add a button/link that will popup the matching !create string and copy it to the clipboard so it can be pasted into discord. Idea being that once an event is created once, i can copy the create string and paste it into an admin channel so other admins can update minor details and paste it in to recreate the event if required.
